If you stay 2 or more nights, room maintenance will be performed before check-out.
The LOTTE RESORT BUYEO will be maintained for one time after one night stay, one night maintenance after two nights, and one full maintenance after three nights to protect the environment.
Ask the front desk in advance for everyday full maintenance, maintenance at a specific time or refusal of maintenance.
※ One night maintain : Towel and Amenity Replacement, Garbage Collection
※ One full maintain : Towel & Amenity Replacement, Garbage Collection, Bedding Sheet Replacement, Floor Maintenance
Note
- To guarantee the rights of members, the semi-member rate will be applied to those who are not members.
- If you will check in after 22:00, please contact the front desk in advance.
- Pets and dangerous goods are prohibited in the accommodation.
- For your safety, use of burner, grill or electric grill in the room is prohibited.
- Do not disturb other customers.
- Make sure to keep your valuables at the front desk. (Lotte Resort will not take any responsibility for any loss of valuables that are not kept at the front desk.)
