In relation to your inquiry regarding LOTTE RESORT conventions, you consent to the processing of personal information as follows:

1. Personal Information Items Collected

    • - Name, mobile phone number, email address, and company name (organization name)

2. Purpose of the Collection and Use of Personal Information

    • - To provide convention and wedding consultation services

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

    • - For one year from the date of consent to collection (in the case of a reservation cancelation, the information will be destroyed within five days after the cancelation date)

4. Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences of Refusing Consent
